Here at ELF Productions, we are looking first and foremost for a hard worker with a good attitude. We do have a tendency for long hours and a good bit of hustle through the installs.
Although extensive knowledge of tools is not required, it is a highly recommended skill for an ELF to have. Mostly be kind, show up on time please and listen carefully!
What are the working hours for ELF?
Hours for ELF are mostly at night.
The average start time for a crew call is 9:00 PM. We are a nocturnal crew as that is when the malls are closed and we can safely and efficiently move about with lifts and other heavy equipment.
How much does ELF pay?
Pay ranges based on job requirements and a person’s skills. If you are interested please send us a contact and we will further discuss this part of the job.
What skills do you look for in an ELF?

What type of work is ELF?
ELF work is a seasonal job, mostly from October-January, excluding holidays (Christmas and New Years).
This means we hire many independent contractors for work throughout the season. Working for ELF means you work for yourself!
We will give you the opportunities for new job sites and hours and you let us know your availability.
ELF is a physically demanding job.
